These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TcNo operates. ZACollective specific points
These apply to the ZACollective sections of this website, The South African Twitch Streamer Directory (ZATw) and The South African YouTuber Directory (ZAYT) (collectively referred to as “ZACollective”, or “we” in this section).
These websites and services attempt to bring the South African community, and those interested in content creators here closer together to inspire and help growth.
To keep our statistical data updated, TcNo may use API services of third-party platforms, such as Twitch and YouTube. When we use these API services, we may collect publicly available data, such as channel name, subscriber count, video views, and related statistics.
We do not access or collect any private or personally identifiable information from your account, unless you explicitly grant us permission to do so, for example, to verify your identity for authentication purposes.

TC.HT specific points
These apply to the TC.HT website, subdomains, scripts and code (collectively referred to as “TCHT”, or “we” in this section). TCHT is an abbreviation of TroubleChute (TroubleCHuTe).
Please note: The TC.HT website functions as normal in a browser where the user is sent HTML code among other content and a website is displayed. When accesssing the parts of the website (such as specific subdomains) in a terminal such as Bash, PowerShell and othes they are returned raw code for the client to interpret and execute. These are the ‘scripts’. The code is publically available on GitHub and falls under the GNU General Public License v3.0. When users visit the website in a browser and are returned a website; Google Analytics and Google Ads are used, among other tools, techniques and third-party services that should have been outlined already in this document.
Should you choose to continue using the website and the back-end scripts and tools, you agree to the privacy policy and these terms of service.
Please note that TcNo is not responsible for the accuracy of claims (such as the claims to install functional software) as almost everything is third-party and relies on other sources. This is not “Official” software or related to any companies mentioned. All it does is let you move your files around on your computer the same way you can. The use of names, icons and trademarks does not indicate endorsement of the trademark holder by this project or its creators, nor vice versa. They are only used to visually indicate which programs this project interacts with easily to the end-user.
By enabling optional features that scrape the web for publically available information (such as limited game/profile statistics and other data), you understand and accept full responsibility for doing so on your own volition. If you appreciate accurate information, support the services providing it directly. The information collected is incredibly limited and is no replacement or competitor for sites scraped.
