Audio/Video out of sync in Premiere Pro? using something like Nvidia Shadowplay, OBS or Bandicam to record? Well, you might have it set to Variable instead of Constant frame rate. Of course, you can change settings but you can’t go back and change the video… So how do you fix it? Well, you have to transcode it (re-encode it) to fix it. This video shows you how to do that.
