If you’re like me then you’re creating closed captions for YouTube. This videos hows you how to make OPEN and CLOSED captions for video you have in Premiere Pro. I like this method, because it’s right in the editor and super easy to get things sorted out when there’s multiple layers of audio. You can turn them on and off as you need.

Of course, Premiere Pro is VERY limited when it comes to creating captions (for some reason) and has little-to-no keyboard shortcuts that help speed things up. I CAN NOT RECCOMMEND USING ANOTHER FREE SOFTWARE MORE!
